Cross-country ski-track "Daniele Roux": elevated ski-track on sunny and open terrain close to the typical village Chianale.
It consists of the ski-tracks 1 (3 km) and 2 (4 km) of medium level of difficulty.
Tracked for classical or free style.
Opened from Dec. 8 to Mar. 3
Possible excursions: road to Pian Vasserot; road (closed in winter) to the Agnello Pass.

MELEZE' (Bellino, 1800 m)

Elevated ski-track (1800-2000 m) in the upper Bellino Valley, renowned for the traditional architecture of its villages.
The ski-track consists of circuits of various levels of difficulty: 1 (2 km) and 2 (1 km) low; 3 (4 km) medium; 4 (2 + 2 km) high, tracked only when free of avalanche risk.
Nordic track only at circuit 1.
Opened from Dec. 8
Possible excursions: extension of circuit 4 along the road to Pian Traversagn.

CASTELDELFINO (1296m)

Casteldelfino, medieval capital of the Castellata, offers a ski-track in the vast hollow that is formed by the confluence of the two branches of the upper course of the Varaita river.
Circuits of various levels of difficulty: 1 (2 km) low; 2 (3 km) and 3 (6 km) medium.
Officially approved F.I.S.I ski-track.
Tracked for classical or free style.

VALMALA (Santuario, 1379 m)

The centre is situated at the Santuario di Valmala at an altitude of 1380 m, on the watershed of the valleys Varaita and Maira. It offers a total of 30 km of ski-tracks, with panoramic views of the splendid landscape of the provinces of Turin and Cuneo. The ski-tracks are suitable both for beginners and experts. The tourist ski-track can certainly be considered a destination for ski enthusiasts. It winds up for 7 km with an altitude difference of 30 m and off-track possibilities. Furthermore those who enjoy a good meal can stop in and taste the typical mountain dishes in the restaurant "Da Piero di Miky e Marco" a hundred metres from the centre. Packages "ski pass + meal" are on offer, also for groups.
It consists of various circuits: 1, 2, and 3 Pian Madama low; 4, 5, 6 Pian Tunaca medium level of difficulty.

Possible excursions: on the tracked military road that runs along the water-shed Varaita-Maira to the Colle Liretta in one direction and to the Colle della Ciabra and the Colle Birrone in the other direction.
